Lucio Carlo Gianni

Sports Director and Executive Producer specialized in the comprehensive management of combat sports events, institutional development, and academy administration. With over eight years of experience leading projects in MMA, kickboxing, and martial arts, I have coordinated national and international championships, managed multicultural teams, and built relationships with federations, promoters, brands, and sports governing bodies.

I currently reside in Madrid, where I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Markets, Management, and Sports Law at ISDE, complementing my background in governance, regulation, operations, and commercial development within the sports industry.

I have led academies and high-performance teams, developed growth strategies for sports organizations, and produced large-scale events, including Pan-American and World Championships, as well as co-productions involving multiple stakeholders. In addition, I work in athlete representation and professional support, connecting Latin American talent with international opportunities.

My approach combines sports management, event production, strategic analysis, operational leadership, and business development, always focused on building solid structures and sustainable projects within the global sports ecosystem.
