Colombian Association of Mixed Martial Arts OCAMM

The Colombian Mixed Martial Arts Association – OCAMM was founded with the mission of developing, regulating, and promoting amateur MMA in Colombia through educational, technical, and athlete-centered programs. OCAMM currently holds official sports recognition from the Colombian Ministry of Sport and has actively organized national championships, referee and judging courses, youth development initiatives, and international events in Colombia.

The Colombian Association of Mixed Martial Arts (OCAMM) is the official governing body for amateur MMA in Colombia, formally recognized by the Ministry of Sports under Resolution 001606 of 2021. Affiliated with GAMMA, OCAMM's primary mission is to promote social welfare, core martial arts values, and disciplined athletic development across the nation.

Following the massive success of hosting the 2023 Pan American Combat Week in Bogotá—which gathered over 160 international athletes—OCAMM has consolidated Colombia as a strategic hub for sports tourism and institutional growth for alternative and mixed martial arts in Latin America.

Previously, OCAMM was affiliated with IMMAF during the initial stages of amateur MMA development in Colombia. However, in 2025, our organization officially transitioned to GAMMA due to the strong sense of belonging, institutional vision, and mission-oriented approach demonstrated by GAMMA toward the sustainable development of athletes and national federations worldwide.
